The first is Malcolm Colbert, of Garden City, LA, who was arrested yesterday. The charges that are being called against him are two counts of misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior with a juvenile.

He turned himself in after learning of the warrants that he had for his arrest.

He was booked into the St. Mary Parish Jail and currently is set with a bond at $15,000.

The second arrest was Rebecca Moran, of Morgan City, who was arrested very early this morning around midnight. After a deputy was called to Teche Regional Medical Center, Moran was arrested for cruelty to a juvenile.

The complainant stated that Moran struck the victim with a belt.

No bond has been set at this time.
