Two Men Arrested For Helping An Escaped Lafayette Inmate

Lafayette Police make two arrests, charging the pair with helping an escaped inmate. KPEL reported two weeks ago that police were on the lookout for Marcus Dupuis, who walked away from his work release facility last month. Now, police are saying Mason Langlois and William Berchtold, both 19-years-old, helped Dupuis after the escape. Police believe Dupuis is no longer in the state and are working with other agencies to track him down.
