Two Men Arrested In Attempted Murder Case

Two men were arrested after gunshots were heard Sunday night in a neighborhood here in Lafayette. Lafayette Police say Malcom Faulk and Errol Lee approached two men sitting on a porch in the 100 block of Sternberg and began verbally threatening them. Authorities say the 17-year-old Faulk took out a handgun and began firing shots at them. The two victims were able to make it inside the house without getting injured. Faulk and Lee are now in jail. The case remains under investigation.
