BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Two Port Allen men have been indicted in the August shooting death of a Denham Springs man during a robbery at a downtown Baton Rouge gas station.

On Thursday, an East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury charged 22-year-old Phillip Carter and a 17-year-old with second-degree murder and armed robbery in the slaying of 43-year-old Bobby Nelson.
