A UL football player is out on bond, and his future with the program is in question after he was arresed for driving intoxicated. Hunter Thibodaux was a passenger in the stopped vehicle. While the officer dealt with the driver, Thibodaux allegedly climbed into the driver’s seat and began to drive away. He traveled several blocks before being stopped.

The Daily Advertiser, meanwhile, reports that incoming Cajuns freshman Dexter Aucoin was arrested twice this month. Once for hit-and-run driving and again for simple battery. He’s scheduled to appear in court August 17th.
