Two Wounded Louisiana Soldiers Sue The State
Two former Louisiana National Guard soldiers are suing the state. They were severely wounded on duty. They then applied to the state's $100,000 military disabled benefit program. But they were rejected. So far only one of the 12 veterans who have applied for this money has been accepted.
