U.S. House Votes To Cut Funding To Obamacare Keep Government Open
The House has passed a bill that would funding government funding through mid-December and defund Obamacare. The measure faces certain defeat in the Senate.
The House vote was 230-189.
The bill would avert a government shutdown by extending government funding for another three months. If passed by the Senate, the funding extension would begin on October 1st.
President Obama has already vowed to oppose the measure.
