United Way Early Head Start Registration Begins

Registration for the United Way of Acadiana's Early Head Start-Early Learning Centers in Vermilion and Lafayette parishes begins Monday and runs through July 29.

Space is limited at both sites, which provide free early childhood education programs for infants and toddlers up to age 3. Services also are available to pregnant women and families, The Advocate reports.

The Lafayette center at 1515 Jefferson St. A second location at 802 S. St. Valerie St. in Abbeville is open to families in Vermilion Parish.
