UPDATE Suspect Found And Arrested After Warrant Issued

An update to a story from last week. A warrant was issued for the arrest Joseph Romero Sr. for felony theft. You can read the story here.

As of this past Friday, Romero was tracked down and arrested. He was booked into the Jeff Davis Parish Correctional Facility, but was transferred to the Lafayette Parish Correctional Center after learning that he had three additional open warrants as well.

He was caught by Louisiana State Police Troop D and the assistance of many concerned citizens.
