Using Social Media In The Restaurant Industry – “Lafayette Food Junkie Show”

A.J. McGee decided his senior year of high school after planning his school's senior prom that he wanted to organize parties for a living. That was the main reason the senior at UL decided to go into Public Relations.

A.J. joined Tiffiany on this week's episode of the "Lafayette Food Junkie Show" to discuss social media. He stated that Instagram was probably his favorite platform, not for what restaurants were posting, but for the pictures patrons were taking at the restaurants. He also talked about some of his favorite food related Instagram accounts.

The two discussed “Gulp South” an Instagram blog he runs with his siblings about food in the Gulf region and the difficulties with meal planning/prepping.
