Vermillion Elevation Funds Deadline Looming

The deadline for residents in Vermillion Parish to sign up for elevation funding is approaching. July 19th is the last day to sign up for funding which would help residents flooded by Ike or Gustav elevate their homes. The funding is supported by Community Development Block Grants from The Foundation Reconstruction Program and the Homeowner Compensation Program. Sign up forms can be picked up at Abbeville City Hall, Vermillion Parish Police Jury, Erath Town Hall, and Delcambre Town Hall.
