Vermillion Parish Man Charged With Drug Possession

A complaint leading police to a suspected drug dealer.

Police in Vermilion Parish say they got word Chad Briggs had pot and cocaine on him. After finding the drugs on him, police got permission to search his home, where they found more drugs.

Briggs has been charged with possession with intent to distribute, and bond has been set at $30,000.
