Veteran Care Package Drive Underway
The Acadiana Area for Veterans group is in the midst of their Veteran Care Package Drive, and they need your help.
The organization has been collecting items to place into care packages for veterans at retirement home around Acadiana, and their goal is to get EVERY veteran a care package.
Items they are looking for include Q-Tips, hand lotion, shampoo, mouth wash, lap blankets, and deodorant (men's).
You can drop off any donations here at 1749 Bertrand Drive, or contact Acadiana Area for Veterans at 337 254 2518 to arrange pick-up!
