Vice-Chairperson On Recall Petition Upset She Was Listed

A wrinkle in the petition to recall Governor Jindal.  The vice-chairperson listed on the recall filing says she doesn't want any part of the effort. Joyce DeCarlo Ceasar says she didn't know anything about it,  until friends told her she was mentioned in newspapers. Ronnie Ray Ceasar, her husband, is spearheading the effort to recall Jindal. He'll need to get nearly a million signatures within 6 months to get a recall election scheduled.
