A viral video saga resulting from last week's Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day has taken a new turn.

Adam Smith, the man responsible for the recording and uploading of a video depicting his trip to Chick-fil-A last Wednesday has apologized to Rachel, a Chick-fil-A employee who's asked for her last name to remain anonymous.

Smith, in protest to Chick-fil-A, ordered a free water from the fast food chain's drive-thru during last Wednesday's busy Appreciation Day. Smith then launched a short verbal assault against against the unsuspecting employee Rachel.

Since posting the video, Smith has received much negative backlash. He recently posted a followup video apologizing personally to Rachel for his behavior. Rachel, the employee who has gracefully handled recent undesired attention, has accepted his apology and appears to want to put the entire episode behind her.

Take a look at the videos and let us know what you think about this situation. Do you believe Smith's apology was sincere? Are you impressed with the way the Chick-fil-A employee handled herself? Are you tired of hearing the name Chick-fil-A? Let us know in the comment section.
