Vitter Applauds And Supports Jindal’s GOP Fundraising Decision

Senator David Vitter, who has been fundraising for legislative races for several years, applauded the governor's decision to get involved in raising cash for legislative elections this fall, and sent a $10,000 check to the effort. Vitter sent a letter to supporters Tuesday praising GOP Gov. Bobby Jindal's pledge to fundraise through the state Republican Party to elect more conservative GOP members of the House and Senate.
