Vitter Gets Endorsement From Rand Paul

Today Senator Rand Paul sent out a fundraising e-mail endorsing Senator David Vitter in his quest for the governorship of Louisiana.

Paul called Vitter,

A stalwart supporter of limit government, states' rights and taxpayer's best interest.

Paul went on to say,

David Vitter will bring confidence, knowledge and experience to the governor's seat.

Vitter and Paul have worked together on issues such as balancing the budget, immigration and auditing the Federal Reserve.

Paul's e-mail links to a donation page seeking individual contributions up $5,000 which is the maximum under Louisiana law.
