Vote On Next Lafayette Schools Superintendent Delayed

A vote on Lafayette's new superintendent will be later than expected. The members of the Lafayette Superintendent Search Committee have decided to push back the date that board members plan to vote on the next superintendent from December 7th to the 14th. 

The committee members are planning to have the board members conduct community visits with the three finalists Walter Gonsoulin, Pat Cooper and Donald Aguillard from November 28th through the 2nd of December.  Burnell Lemoine will retire at the end of this year.
