Want a Large Drink? Enter The Nanny State

If you are planning on a trip to New York City and are thinking of getting a large drink, you might want to rethink that.  Mayor Michael Bloomberg now wants restaurants and theaters to serve drinks in cups that are 16 ounces or less.

Mayor Bloomberg says that this is an effort to fight obesity.  What do you think?  Is it right for the government to step in and tell you what to drink or should they back off?
