Water Meters Stolen In Ouachita

MONROE, La. (AP) — Ouachita Parish sheriff's deputies are investigating the theft of about 10,000 water meters belonging to the city of Monroe.

Maj. Jason Pleasant tells the News-Star the meters were stolen from a warehouse and are valued at about $75,000.

No arrests have been made so far.
