Weekend Roadwork In Lafayette

There are multiple road construction projects happening in Lafayette over the weekend.

• Kaliste Saloom Road between Farrel Road and E. Broussard Road will be restriped on Saturday and Sunday (Sept. 24 & 25). Expect delays and use alternate routes.
• S. Buchanan Street between Central Street and W. Congress Street will be closed on Saturday between 7 AM and 5 PM as LUS will be performing sewer infrastructure repairs. There will be detour routes made available.
• The right lane of W. Congress Street between Rue Bibliotheque and S. Buchanan Street will be closed on Saturday between 7 AM and 5 PM as LUS will be performing sewer infrastructure repairs. There will be detour routes made available.
