Weekend Shooting Leads To Arrest In St. Martinville

St. Martinville Police investigated an early morning shooting Sunday that led to the arrest of 29 year old Lee Roy Harrison III. Officers were called out at 3:50am to the 200 block of Martin Luther King Drive due to a report of shots fired. Officers found numerous bullet holes in multiple vehicles and homes. After interviewing witnesses Harrison was taken into custody and charged with two counts of attempted second degree murder, felon in charge of a firearm, aggravated criminal damage to property, possession of schedule one drugs and possession of a firearm in the presence of schedule one drugs.
