What Do Republicans Do Now?

There have been many views of what the party needs to do in the face of the loss in the 2012 election.  The latest view is Rand Paul, who seems to think that the GOP should become a little more libertarian.

What do you think?  More libertarian views?  More moderate views?  What should the party do to attract votes and eventually make policy in this nation?
