What Should The Republican Party Do To Reform Itself?

David Lampo of the Cato Institute put together a piece for theblaze.com that tells what the GOP should not do to reform itself for the future.

Lampo seems to think that the party needs to walk away from the social issues because he seems to think that this is what people didn't like about Republicans in the last election.
