Where To Catch UL Sports On The Radio This Weekend

With baseball, softball, and men's/women's basketball all overlapping this weekend, it's a busy time for Louisiana Ragin' Cajun athletics.

Due to all the activity, there will be a couple of minor tweaks in the radio coverage.

The 7th-ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajun softball team begins their 2016 home schedule on Friday, playing host to the 6th-ranked Oregon Ducks in the first day of play in the 30th Louisiana Classics at Lamson Park.

The two teams will play twice, with game times scheduled for 2 o'clock and 5 pm.

You can hear both games on ESPN 1420 and espn1420.com, as well as the games on Saturday and Sunday, against Oregon and Central Arkansas, which are scheduled for 1 o'clock and 12:30 pm, respectively.

The 6th-ranked Louisiana Ragin' Cajun baseball team opens up their 2016 regular season schedule on Friday night, playing host to the Sam Houston St. Bearkats, in the opening game of a three-game, weekend, non-conference series at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field.

Game times are 6 o'clock on Friday night, 2 pm on Saturday afternoon, and 1 o'clock on Sunday afternoon.

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun women's basketball team shoots for their second-consecutive win on Saturday afternoon, when they travel to San Marcos, Texas to face the Texas St. Bobcats in a Sun belt Conference affair.

Tipoff time is slated for 2 pm.

Finally, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun men's basketball team is in San Marcos, Texas as well, to take on the Texas St. Bobcats in a Sun Belt Conference match-up.
