White House Panel Looks To Restore Gulf

A panel set up to look at how to restore the Gulf from last year's BP oil spill is meeting in Texas on today for the latest of a series of meetings of The Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Task Force.  The White House panel will recommend how to use the fines BP will likely have to pay.  The plan is to use the money on projects to restore beaches, marshes, water quality and wildlife.
