The Associated Press reports that West Monroe police have charged a man with taking pictures of a woman in a dressing room at the Wal-Mart in West Monroe.

Williams Webb, 25,  was booked Friday into Ouachita Correctional Center on a video voyeurism charge. It wasn't immediately clear if he had a lawyer.

The arrest affidavit says a complaint was filed by a woman who said Webb used his camera phone to take pictures under her skirt while she was in the dressing room. The report says video surveillance showed the incident.

Police said a similar complaint was filed against Webb in 2007 and another investigation by Ruston police stated Webb was accused of similar behavior at Ruston's Wal-Mart.
