In this edition of “The Lafayette Food Junkie Show,” Tiffiany Decou (the “Lafayette Food Junkie”) and Chef Zack Doise of Pop’s Poboys discuss why Farm to Table is important with Chef Frank Brigsten of Brigsten's Restaurant in New Orleans, as well as the Farm to Table Challenge happening in New Orleans on August 7. They also spoke about Chef Brigsten reopening his restaurant after Hurricane Katrina and how supportive New Orleans is of Farm to Table.

They also interviewed Katie Calabrese with the Farm to Table International Symposium about the Farm to Table Challenge and Symposium. The keynote speaker for the event will be Temple Grandin, a consultant in the livestock industry and on animal behavior. HBO made a movie about her.
