Winging It Wednesday Panelists Discussed FEMA, Billions Wasted In Mid East

This morning on KPEL "Winging It Wednesday" panelists Carol Ross, Mike Stagg and Warren Caudle discussed a number of issues. 

Hurricane Irene recovery and FEMA led the discussion.  They also discussed $30 billions  of waste in Afghanistan and Iraq and former Vice-President Dick Chaney's book.
