In this week's episode, host Tiffiany Decou brings on Chef Christopher Thames with Grand Coteau Bistro as they chatted about his experience winning Food Network's "Chopped," about opening his restaurant in Grand Coteau and why Acadiana, not New Orleans, is the true representative of what Louisiana is like.

Tiffiany also chatted with Michelle Macfayden of Great Harvest Bread about king cakes and why her employees are so happy working that early in the morning.
