Women Accused Of Allegedly Robbing Man In His Motel Room

Abbeville Police have arrested 23-year-old Tara Wells and 17-year-old Jennifer Desormeaux for allegedly robbing a man at knife- and gunpoint.

According to our news partners at KATC, Wells and Desormeaux are accused of going with the victim to his motel room, then holding him up and getting away with several hundred dollars.

Both women have been charged with armed robbery. Their bond is set at $100,000.00 each.
