Would Be Robber Shoots Self

Not the best way to perform a robbery. In Baton Rouge, a would-be thief shoots himself while trying to take a 89-year-old man's wallet. The robber pulled out a gun when the two men began to struggle. The robber then shot himself in the leg, while the victim only received a cut to his head.

The victim was able to get a license plate number of the robber as he escaped and police apprehended him later.
