Youngsville Man Dies In Car Crash

An elderly man dies in a crash last night. Corporal Kyle Soriez with Lafayette Police says it happened just before 10 PM in the 800 block of Bonin Road. Officers say 64-year-old David Alderman of Youngsville was driving his black Chevy pickup southbound on Bonin Road when his truck went off the road and hit a tree. Alderman died on the scene. Police continue to investigate.
