Ocean Manning, the Youngsville woman who took her two children to Oklahoma has been arrested and will face extradition to Louisiana to face several charges. Police searched for Manning and her children for days after they were reported missing in early April. Manning originally agreed to return to court for a custody hearing but later said she would not return to Louisiana unless she was extradited. According to Youngsville Police Chief Ricky Boudreaux both parents will undergo psychiatric evaluations before appearing in front of a judge.
