Wildlife & Fisheries officials have cited two men for alligator violations. AP reports, 28-year-old Logan Madere, of Westwego, and 59-year-old Barry Pedigo, of Pensacola, Florida have been cited for out of season possession of an alligator. The alligator was captured at Burns Point Park in St. Mary Parish. Pedigo captured the 4'8'' alligator by hand & was bitten multiple times before Madere killed it. The pair face up to $950.00 in fines & 120 days in jail.
