3 Main Roads in Lafayette Parish Having Lane Closures on Sunday

Because of tree trimming operations, three main roads in Lafayette Parish will have lane closures on Sunday, September 23 - Evangeline Thruway, Johnston Street, and Ambassador Caffery.

• Evangeline Thurway: the northbound outside lane and shoulder between Mudd Avenue and Second Street will be closed from 8 AM to 2 PM, weather permitting.
• Johnston Street: the northbound outside lane and shoulder between University Avenue and St. Mary Boulevard will be closed from 8 AM to 2 PM, weather permitting.
• Ambassador Caffery: the southbound outside lane between Broadmoor Boulevard and Dover Boulevard will be closed from 8 AM to 4 PM, weather permitting.
