4-Year-Old Drowns, Twin In Critical Condition In Bossier City
BOSSIER CITY, La. (AP) — A 4-year-old girl Bossier City girl has drowned — the second drowning in four days in a family swimming pool in the city.
Angel Castine died Sunday. Her 4-year-old twin sister, Aubrie, was in critical condition Monday at Willis-Knighton South Medical Center.
The girls' grandmother found them in the pool on Sunday. Bossier City Fire Department officials say the Castines' parents were performing CPR on them when a rescue squad arrived
On Wednesday, a 13-month-old girl drowned in Shreveport.
And a 9-year-old Shreveport girl, Shelby Patrick, is in rehabilitation in Dallas after nearly drowning at a pool party at East Ridge Country Club in Shreveport.
