Below are five positives, and also five negatives, to take from the New Orleans Saints’ 47-10 win over the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

The victory, their seventh-straight, improved the Saints to 7-2 on the season.

Positives:

1)---7-Straight: The win pushed the Saints' current win streak to 7-straight, their longest since 2011, when they ended the season with 8-consecutive wins. The triumph also kept them in sole possession of first place in the NFC South, one game in front of the Carolina Panthers, while giving them a 2-game lead over the Atlanta Falcons, the defending NFC Champions. Winning certainly is fun!

2)---Running Backs: In a word; Wow! New Orleans ran the football for 298 yards, averaging 6.2 yards-per-carry. Mark Ingram and Alvin Kamara combined for 237 yards and 4 touchdowns, while Trey Edmunds added 48 yards on 9 carries. Ingram and Kamara are an unstoppable duo right now, and their talents were on full display on Sunday.

3)---Offensive Line: This group dominated from start to finish, allowing the Saints to rush for 298 yards and a franchise-record 6 touchdowns. Terron Armstead missed some snaps against the Buccaneers last week, but returned on Sunday, while Larry Warford returned from a two week absence from an abdominal injury. You can't realistically ask the offensive line to play better than it is right now.

4)---Defensive Line: The defensive line simply controlled the line of scrimmage. LeSean McCoy had a 36-yard run, but other than that, he was held to 13 yards on his 7 other carries. Sheldon Rankins had a sack and an interception. They still say games are won and lost at the line of scrimmage. Well, the Saints dominated on both sides on Sunday.

5)---Secondary: The Bills only threw for 129 yards, and most of that was late, when the game was not in doubt. Buffalo starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor threw for only 56 yards. In other words, the Saints' secondary completely shutdown the Buffalo passing game.

Negatives:

1)---Daniel Lasco Inury: Daniel went down with a spine injury early in the second quarter while making a tackle on a Buffalo returner Brandon Tate, and was taken off the field in a stretcher, and into an ambulance. The good news is that he has feeling in his extremities, and head coach Sean Payton said after the game that all signs are positive. Still, scary stuff, and we wish Lasco the very best.

2)---Kenny Vaccaro: He sustained a groin injury last week against Tampa Bay, and didn't play on Sunday. It's not like the Saints needed him, but any injury, especially one to a starter, is always concerning. Hopefully, this is not an injury that will linger.

3)---Willie Snead: After a career season in 2016, one in which he caught 72 passes, Snead has been nowhere to be found in 2017, with only one catch. He was suspended the first three games of the season, before being hampered by a bad hamstring. There was even talk about him being traded, which wouldn't have been the case if Snead were playing at the level he did last year. Again on Sunday, Snead was an afterthought, finishing without a catch. This offense can be better, and because of that the Saints can be better; but they need better production from Snead to make that happen.

4)---A.J. Klein: He left the game in the first half with an ankle injury. Manti Te'o and Craig Robertson played well, but the Saints need Klein, who is their leading tackler. He appeared to injure his left ankle early, and then tried to play on it, before heading to the sidelines. Chances are, he'll be back next week, but any injury is at least mildly concerning.

5)---Tight Ends: The Saints scored 47 points, so it's not like they needed stellar play form the tights ends. Still, there wasn't much production from this group on Sunday. Coby Fleener finished without a catch, and the group, as a whole, finished with 2 catches for 2 yards. Josh Hill also fumbled inside the Bills' 10-yard line, which turned out to be the only time Buffalo stopped the Saints. This group has been mediocre, at best, all season, and there will come a time when the Saints are going to need them to step up.
