Baton Rouge Man Shot Outside His Apartment

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Baton Rouge police are investigating the death of a 30-year-old man found shot outside his apartment.

The Advocate reports Earl Brown was shot at about 3:15 p.m. Sunday in the parking lot outside the apartment he shared with his girlfriend and 1-year-old son.

Police have not release a motive or suspect in the slaying.
