After receiving 50 complaints about Reliant Repair Protection the Better Business Bureau has given an 'F' rating to the business. Customers have noted waiting four to five months for payment after canceling a contract, high pressure sales, misleading advertisements and overall poor customer service.

The BBB says some companies that market vehicle repair contracts send notices that a factory or dealer warranty has expired. Should you get such a notice you should call your dealer to determine if your warranty has expired.
