BP Says Halliburton Covered Up Evidence In Gulf Oil Spill

Halliburton is being accused of getting rid of evidence in connection to the Gulf oil spill last year. BP asked for a judge to sanction Halliburton for what it sees as an unstable design fault in the concrete that they laid. BP is claiming that faulty cement work is the cause of the blowout of the well. If the judge rules for BP, a trial can be set for February.
