It's been 6 months since oil stopped flowing from the damaged BP Deepwater Horizon well. Department of Wildlife and Fisheries Secretary Robert Barham says it's not as bad as it could be, but still the state has about 100 miles of coastal marshland still covered in oil.  Barham says BP and the Coast Guard have picked up all the floating boom, so now nothing is there to stop residual oil from rolling in with high tides.
