Britain’s Royal Baby Has Arrived — It’s a Girl!
Britain's royal family has a new member.
Kate Middleton, also known as the Duchess of Cambridge, gave birth to a baby girl at 8:34AM local time Saturday morning at London's St. Mary's Hospital.
The girl's name has not yet been revealed. It's the second child for Middleton and Prince William, formally known as the Duke of Cambridge. They're already parents to George, who was born in 2013. Their daughter is fourth in line to the throne.
The baby's birth ends weeks of speculation about when she'd be born, although there is still plenty of people looking to cash in on her name.
News of the baby's birth sparked a jubilant scene outside the hospital.
