Calcasieu Man In Jail For Abusing Teen

A man in Calcasieu Parish is in jail for allegedly abusing a 13-year-old family member. Deputies say Max A. Myers grabbed the girl by the hair and threw her to the ground. He then dragged her outside and pushed her face into a dog's water bowl. Myers is in the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center on charges of cruelty to a juvenile.
