Charenton Man Arrested After Police Say He Attempted To Hit A Woman With His Car

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrested a Charenton man early this week on a warrant for aggravated assault.

A deputy investigating another complaint found out that 30-year-old Tyrone Weber had a warrant out for his arrest.

Police say Weber tried to hit a woman with his car while he was driving in the Ashton area.

The man was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault.
