Convicted N.O. Police Officers To Be Sentenced On Separate Dates
Two of the New Orleans police officers convicted in a man's shooting death after Hurricane Katrina have new sentencing dates. A U.S. District judge is scheduled to sentence Officer Gregory McRae on March 31. Lt. Travis McCabe is scheduled to be sentenced April 7. A jury convicted McRae last week of burning Henry Glover's body in a car after he was fatally shot by a different officer. McCabe was convicted of writing a false report on the shooting.
