The world is changing faster and faster, and what was once was popular is now again, and that girdles! Take a wild ride with us as we briefly, no pun intended, interview Dr. Mitchell Brooks.  The good doctor says our clothes, both male and female, maybe do us more harm than good.

Dr. Brooks says when clothes and accessories are too tight, too loose, too heavy, too high or too floppy there are real health issues that can harm you.  For women for example, the doctor says when a woman wears heels higher than two inches that exhorts seven times the pressure on her body as she walks.  Men who wear body shapers, or girdles, which are becoming more popular, you can prevent your lungs from fully inflating, so you are not getting enough oxygen!
