‘Deadliest Catch’ Cast Member Nick McGlashan Dead at 33

Nick McGlashan, cast member of Discovery's "Deadliest Catch" has sadly passed away at the age of 33.

WBRZ.com reports McGlasham passed away in Nashville, but at this time no cause of death has been released.

The Alaskan native spent the majority of his life on the sea, having started working on crabbing boats at only 13.

McGlashan, who first appeared on "Deadliest Catch'" in 2013, struggled with substance abuse throughout his life. He was able to overcome alcohol, heroin, and methamphetamine addictions, something he was very open about and spoke publicly on many times.
