Director Named For Jeff Economic Group

AVONDALE, La. (AP) — Jerry Bologna has been named executive director of the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission.

Bologna has been with the organization in various capacities for more than 12 years including time served as deputy director.

He is a certified economic developer and has played an active role in major business location announcements in recent years in the parish, a JEDCO spokeswoman said.

Bologna, a University of New Orleans graduate, replaces the retiring Lucien Gunter.
