Less than 24-hours until the polls open statewide for the mid-term elections across Louisiana.  Candidates will be getting in their final hours of campaigning today.  In addition to various local contests, including the mayor's race in Shreveport, there are two statewide races, several congressional races and ten constitutional amendments that voters will decide the fate of.   The keynote race in the state pits Republican U.S. Senator David Vitter against a number of challengers, including Democrat Charlie Melancon, all seeking to block Vitter's bid for another term.
